A Little Aloud Workshops

The A Little, Aloud Workshop shows you how to use The Reader Organisation's wonderful anthologies to connect through shared reading on a one-to-one basis.

Depending on your chosen anthology, this one-day workshop can focus on reading with:

Whatever your chosen focus, the workshop provides a boost to your workforce and volunteers, as well as those with whom they'll be reading.

Who should come on this course?

The workshops are intended for people working one-on-one with older adults, children and young adults in a variety of settings – care homes, schools, libraries.

We have run A Little, Aloud workshops in conjunction with pilot Get Into Reading projects in Bupa Care Homes and in partnership with Tesco PLC.
