Our work with young people has strengthened our resolve to provide more chances for young people who need a kick start in life. So since 2010 we have offered life changing opportunities through our three-year Apprenticeship programme.
Apprenticeships at The Reader Organisation provide the building blocks for an independent life within a creative and supportive environment, allowing remarkable young people to build on their strengths, improve their confidence and develop personally.
“Speaking as an apprentice myself I would say that that coupled with the amazing staff and people I get to meet, it makes The Reader Organisation the best place I or any of our future apprentices could hope to work at.” Niall Gibney, former TRO Apprentice
The Reader magazine offers a mix of new poetry and fiction, classic and neglected works and interviews with leading literary figures.
