“I never thought I would have all this confidence that I have got out of it” – shared reading group volunteer
The Reader Organisation provides a range of volunteering opportunities across the UK to be trained as reading group assistants and facilitators, as well as in office admin roles at our bases.

As well as the wellbeing benefits, 71% of our volunteers have enjoyed having had the opportunity to meet people that they wouldn’t usually meet in their day-to-day lives.
