Chair yoga is for anyone who wants to experience the benefits of yoga but who may have limited mobility or health problems.
Come along and learn gentle but effective movements and breathing techniques to:
- Calm nerves
- Promote better sleep
- Ease stiff joints & boost circulation
There are many ways yoga can help you – whether it is to lift the spirits, calm and relax the body and mind, meet like-minded people or improve mobility, balance and strength.
These gentle classes are taken at a slow, relaxed pace sitting in a chair and include themed or seasonal readings to help us reflect together.
Sessions are led by British Wheel of Yoga and Mindfulness teacher Philippa Bellis.
