Join Karen, a Liverpool-based yoga and meditation teacher, for a taster session of hatha flow yoga. Karen will guide you through meditation, breath and movement to activate and balance the heart chakra, the energetic centre in our body associated with love, empathy, compassion, connection and self-acceptance.
This practice will release anxiety and physical tension, build strength and resilience and encourage you to be more compassionate and present in your life. Physical benefits include improved posture, balance, lung capacity and flexibility and reduced back pain.
Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Equipment provided. Usual class to follow at 1pm.
