Introduction to Mindfulness Workshop with Sion Jones

Saturday 26 January, 2pm - 3.30pm

Join experienced yoga and minfulness teacher Sion for a special afternoon, an introduction to the practice of mindfulness meditation at Calderstones Mansion House.

In this workshop we will cover how to use mindfulness to help you:
- Relieve Stress and Anxiety
- Focus your attention
- Improve your sleep
- Deal with chronic pain
- Achieve health, wealth and happiness

This workshop is ideal for those with no previous experience of mindfulness, it will also be great for those in need of a refresher

The afternoon will look something like this:

- Introductory talk about mindfulness meditation and how it can help you
- Guided Meditation
- Feedback and Q & A
- Mindfulness for sleep session including guided relaxation
- Further Q & A

We begin at 2pm and will finish by 3.30pm

Siôn is a qualified mindfulness and yoga teacher, he has travelled the world learning the skills he now uses in delivering dynamic and insightful workshops.

The cost is £15, there are 16 places and early booking is advised
