Join us for a rejuvenating Hatha class to begin your week. This class will be led by local South Liverpool teacher, Andrea Cooper, to practice a variety of poses, sequences, relaxation and breathing techniques. Suitable for all levels, including beginners. Sessions will include short themed or seasonal readings to move us deeper into the practice. Andrea trained with the British Wheel of Yoga and believes in yoga for all abilities.
