One Step at a Time
‘If you remain generous,
Time will come good;
And you will find your feet
Again on fresh pastures of promise,
- John O’Donohue ‘This is the Time to be Slow’
Join us for a restorative walk around the park, accompanied by some nourishing poems, specially selected for Gravity Festival. No walking or reading experience required. Our walks are a great way to get active, learn something and meet others.
To ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, particularly clinically vulnerable group members, we ask that everyone wears a face mask and keeps a two metre distance from other group members. Please don’t attend if you have a fever, a cough, or feel unwell.
Our wonderful programme funders enable us to make this activity free of charge for anyone to enjoy. At the moment, to keep everyone safe, there are a limited number of spaces available and lots of people would like to book. Therefore we kindly ask that if your plans change and you can no longer join (it happens!), you cancel the booking which will release the space for someone else to enjoy.
