Sci-Fi Shared Reading
Come and experience Shared Reading at the Mansion House which is home to the International Centre for Shared Reading.
A variety of stories and extracts, past and present found at the very limits of the human imagination. Stories that present other worlds, transcend our known laws, and ask how technology is changing us. Here we find our deepest truths tested in the most unfamiliar landscapes. Great stories to explore together in places we never imagined we could end up.
No prior reading experience is required and everyone is welcome. There is no pressure to read aloud – it's fine to just sit back, relax and listen.
All of our Shared Reading groups are completely free. These sessions are drop-in, and have a maximum capacity of 12. Places will therefore be given on a first-come, first served basis each week.
