Yoga for Mindfulness
“I took a deep breath and listened to the old brag of my heart. I am, I am, I am.”
― Sylvia Plath, The Bell Jar
Join us for a nourishing yoga session in our beautiful theatre room at the Mansion House. Inspired by the themes of ‘gravity’ and ‘grounding’, this workshop has been specially designed for Gravity Festival with the intention of making both your mind and body feel good. This activity welcomes all abilities as well as newcomers to yoga. We encourage attendees to bring their own yoga mat, although some spares will be available. This session will be led by Karen Podesta from More Love Yoga.
To ensure the comfort and safety of everyone, particularly clinically vulnerable group members, we ask that you don’t attend if you have a fever, a cough, or feel unwell.
At the moment, to keep everyone safe, there are a limited number of spaces available and lots of people would like to book. Therefore we kindly ask that if your plans change and you can no longer join (it happens!), you cancel the booking which will release the space for someone else to enjoy.
