London Partnerships Lead

The Reader is recruiting a Partnerships Lead in London to join our Partnerships Team and help grow the reading revolution across the city. This is an exciting, varied role that will suit a people person who enjoys finding creative ways to develop relationships and collaboration. As The Reader's main point contact for our partners across London, you'll be responsible for inspiring a range of organisations to introduce the joy of Shared Reading to the communities they work with.

We’re looking for someone who loves networking and meeting people as you’ll be working across a range of projects and sectors, from libraries to housing associations, care homes to local charities. You'll play a central role in shaping the future of our work in London, based on the opportunities and community needs you are identifying. We ask that you are driven to achieve the best outcomes for people, grasp the difference a book can make in a life and thrive on solo working as well as joint endeavours.
