Partnership Lead

This role is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with a variety of partners who understand the benefits of Shared Reading and have a role to play helping us ensure that we, through partner staff and volunteers, reaches the people who need it most.

The successful candidate will:

• Stimulate interest from potential partners who work with those we are trying to reach, identifying the key people to help embed and sustain shared reading in their service
• Deliver a programme of events and tasters to engage potential partners and volunteers
• Maintain excellent relationships with a variety of partners, ranging from funders, to host organisations, referral leads, along with organisations who have or want to have Shared Reading embedded in their service
