Our weekly yoga, meditation and wellbeing classes are open to all and led by friendly and experienced teachers from the local community.

As ever, shared reading is at the heart of everything we do, with selected classes integrating poetry into your yoga practice, and other special events and workshops throughout the year.

Choose to join one of the weekly classes listed below, or try a one-off workshop to enjoy a deeper appreciation of a particular yoga style.

Throughout Easter, we’ll be running free taster sessions – come along to try something new, and sign up to a class!

Classes are suitable for all levels, unless specifically stated. Mats and equipment are provided.
