Terms and conditions for Feedback Week prize draw
1.This promotion is free to enter and open to all Shared Reading and Calderstones Programme groups invited to participate in the Shared Reading Annual Census and/or Feedback Week (Winter/Spring 2020), excluding paid Programme groups at Calderstones and one-to-one readers. Groups will be entered on receipt of a completed Census/Feedback Week pack.
2. Closing date: all entries must be received by 9 March 2020.
3. Ten winning groups will be selected at random by an independent observer from all entries received by the closing date.
4. The leaders of the winning groups will be notified by email by 5pm Friday 13 March 2020 and arrangements will be made for delivery of the prize.
5. Prize: Printed copies of the new Reader Magazine for group members and a £10 supermarket gift voucher for purchase of group refreshments. No cash alternatives will be offered. The Reader will pay for postage of the prize to the group leader or group venue.
6.The leaders of winning groups are welcome to choose refreshments suitable for their group; this must not include purchase of alcohol. Where refreshments may not be suitable for the winning group, the leader is welcome to purchase an alternative prize using the voucher, with agreement of suitability from The Reader and/or staff in their group setting.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, alter or terminate the promotion at any time due to circumstances beyond its control.
8. If a winner is not able, for any reason, to accept a prize, or cannot be contacted within a fortnight of the winners being selected, the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to another entrant.
9. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
10. Names of winning groups will be published in The Reader’s volunteer e-newsletter and on The Reader Community Hub. We will invite winning groups to tell us about receiving their prize.
