The Reader is focused on embracing digital technology by developing new products and new ways of working, with an aim of harnessing the potential for digital to help us reach new audiences, support our volunteer network, and enable us to gain and use data to improve efficiency and impact
We are seeking to appoint an experienced and skilled partner to help with ongoing day to day support and system development of our organisation wide CRM (Microsoft Dynamics 365) and the future adoption and integration of the wider Microsoft 365 platform and applications.
