Happy New Year!
Written by The Reader, 2nd January 2013
We'd like to wish all of our readers a very happy New Year.
Did you know that the phrase "ring out the old, ring in the new" came from Alfred, Lord Tennyson's most well-known poem, 'In Memoriam':
Ring out the old, ring in the new,
Ring, happy bells, across the snow:
The year is going, let him go;
Ring out the false, ring in the true.
May 2013 be full of joy, love, peace and literature!
