Jobs in hospitality for a bigger social purpose
"I love working with the amazing team and I also really care about the values of The Reader as a charity- they make this role in catering feel unlike any other!" Emily, Catering Assistant.

We're hosting a Recruitment Day at the Mansion House, Calderstones Park on Thursday 11 May as we look to expand our fantastic social enterprise team. As we approach the summer, we have a number of Catering Assistant opportunities.
Just turn up between 3pm and 7pm and one of our friendly team will give you a tour of the café, ice cream parlour and events space. Bring your CV if possible or be ready to chat through your interest and experience.
As well as roles based at Calderstones Park, we're delighted to offer vacancies in our latest venture, The Reader Bar and Restaurant based on Mount Pleasant, Liverpool City Centre.
The profits raised by our social enterprises go straight back into our charity meaning that we can continue to bring people together through Shared Reading in a time when it's needed most. Who knew serving a cuppa could make such a difference? Become part of the Reading Revolution today!
Previous experience is preferred but not essential. We offer a range of benefits and flexible working hours to suit your lifestyle (whether you're a student or looking for full time employment), just come down and have a chat!
