Site Operations Manager (Maternity Cover)

This role is key to the operational success of The Reader’s Calderstones site, ensuring our ethos, values and vision are at the forefront of all we do at Calderstones. This is a diverse, fast-paced role that is responsible for leading the team to deliver the safe operational running of all activities on site, including presentation standards, visitor flow, visitor assistance, access and health and safety. Leading from the front, this role is vital in cross-organisational working for activity ran by The Reader.
