BBC Headroom
In case you haven't already come across is, the BBC has created Headroom, a campaign to help us all cope with the everyday stresses and strains of life (you know, those 'ups and downs') and provide a safe place to start finding answers to more complex problems. There is some very useful advice (and Get Into Reading has just been signposted!) on their site, I recommend you take a look - it may help you, or someone you know.
