CHRISTMAS AT CALDERSTONES: OPENING HOURS

Christmas is almost here, which means opening hours at The Reader will vary, and the Mansion House will close for a short period to give our staff and volunteers a well deserved rest. Over Christmas and New Year, our opening times are as follows:

Up to 24 December and from 1 January onwards: 

The Reader Café: Mon-Sun. 8.30am-4pm (last orders for kitchen at 3pm)
The Ice Cream Parlour: Thurs-Sun. 10am-4pm
Welcome/Reception & Stones: Mon-Sun. 11am-4pm (reopens 3 Jan)
The Reader Shop: Mon-Sun. 11am-4pm (reopens 17 Jan)

Christmas schedule: 

24 December: The Reader Mansion House, Café and Ice Cream Parlour open until 12noon (The Reader Shop & Stones closed)
25 - 26 December: site is closed  
27 - 31 December: Ice Cream Parlour open 10am - 4pm (Mansion House and Café remain closed)

As always, our priority is the safety of our community, visitors and colleagues. Where we are open on site, we’ll be asking everyone to wear masks (unless except) and maintain regular handwashing, so that we can remain Covid-secure. Stay safe and happy Christmas!
