Christmas Crafting and Wine Tasting at Calderstones Mansion House
It may be the beginning of November but it's never too early to start thinking about preparing for Christmas. If you're feeling stuck for present ideas or just can't see anything unique out in the shops to decorate your home, why not pop along to Calderstones Mansion House in the run-up to the festive season for a series of special Christmas Craft Workshops? Join The Reader Organisation at the Mansion House to make some beautiful and unique craft items, perfect for making your Christmas tree look extra special or for a wonderful specially-made gift for someone you love.
There are three one-off craft workshops you can join us for leading up to Christmas, each focusing on a different crafty item:
- Vintage Paper Birds, Thursday 21st November, 4-5.30pm
- Felt Love/Hate Brooches, Tuesday 26th November, 10-11.30am
- Vintage Paper Flowers, Tuesday 10th December, 1-3pm
All of the Christmas Craft Workshops take place at Calderstones Mansion House and there's no need to bring anything but yourself along as all materials and refreshments will be provided at the House. What better way to spend a morning or afternoon than enjoying some crafting and a cuppa while also getting yourself sorted for the holiday season?
Each craft workshop costs £10. To book your place on any of the workshops, contact Roisin Hyland on roisinhyland@thereader.org.uk or call 0151 724 5000.
