Read to Lead in London
Read to Lead Open Course, London
Monday 13th May-Wednesday 15th May 2013, 9.30am-4.30pm
St Margaret's House Settlement, Bethnal Green
Our latest open Read to Lead course in Kensington Palace, London has just got underway, but there's no need to fret if you didn't secure your place as we're happy to announce that a new open course will be running in the capital in May - just days before The Reader Organisation's Conference 2013 takes place at the British Library Conference Centre.
Read to Lead will be running from 13th-15th May at St Margaret's House Settlement, Bethnal Green in London, delivering our revolutionary shared reading course. Led by our inspirational project workers, this three day course equips you with the skills needed to run read-aloud shared reading groups. Informed by the experience of Get Into Reading, Read to Lead puts our belief that reading is an essential part of life for everyone into practice, giving the confidence to read aloud and appreciation of the social value of literature.
Our 'learning by doing' approach makes Read to Lead a powerful experience in its own right, and a real investment in yourself, personally and professionally.
“Totally unlike any other professional course. It has worked at a much more profound level .”- Read to Lead attendee
“It’s lovely to leave a course feeling excited rather than exhausted.” - Read to Lead attendee, London
