Written by Lizzie Cain, 19th March 2013

Thursday 16th May, British Library Conference Centre, Euston Road, London, NW1 2DB

Tickets are now on sale for The Reader Organisation's fourth annual National Conference, Shared Reading for Healthy Communities.Bringing Our Lit to Life - Angie reading and panel online

The conference will explore how our pioneering shared reading project, Get Into Reading, addresses the need for social inclusion, meaningful activity, and better health in communities across the UK.

If you're a commissioner, a practitioner, or a leader from across public and mental health, criminal justice, social care, community and education services, or a professional from the private and third sector, then our conference offers an invaluable opportunity to examine the impact of shared reading as a whole population approach in the context of national policies and strategies.

Conference Outline

The Reader Organisation has a proven track record engaging with many of the hardest to reach individuals in society to build stronger, healthier, and more connected communities.
